Online or Telephone Orders (excludes bespoke items)
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without charge; the only liability being for any return carriage costs which must be via courier with proof of posting. Please notify us at sales@meyerandmarsh.co.uk quoting your enclosed order reference if you wish to return items. We require a record of your cancellation in writing. We are unable to accept cancellation requests via telephone.
You must return the item(s) in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Once the items have been returned they will be inspected by our warehouse team. Once received and the condition of the return has been verified you will receive your refund within 14 days of the item being received by us. Please note that the refund will include original delivery costs if all items are returned, but if you are only returning part of the order, then we will not repay any of the delivery service. If you require us to collect the goods we reserve the right to make a charge to cover this.

If for any reason your new item is unwanted, we are happy to provide store vouchers to the value of that item, minus any delivery charges incurred by Meyer & Marsh if applicable. You must return the item at your own cost, within 14 days of purchase, in the original packaging.

Non Returnable Goods
Made-to-order items have been made and ordered to your specification and as such we are unable to offer any refunds, exchanges or order amendments after the order has begun production.
Faulty items

For any made to order goods, we are unable to cancel any order that has already incurred costs started in production or transport.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
On receipt of your item, please check it thoroughly and report any issues to us within 7 days. Please send us photos of any fault or damage to sales@meyerandmarsh.co.uk so that we can inspect the issue before offering a resolution. If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect or is not fit for purpose then we will then offer you a replacement, repair or refund. We will also refund the cost of returning the item to us (proof of postage cost required).
