Online Delivery Services

Small & Medium Items

Delivered via ParcelForce. You will get a booking in by text or email confirming the delivery timing. 

Large & Heavy Items 

Delivered via Pallet Courier. Please note this method entails the driver dropping the item at your front door, fully wrapped. No assembly is offered with this service. You will receive a booking in by telephone confirming the day (time slot 9am-5pm). 

2 Man delivery - bespoke sofas & chairs & some larger items of furniture

We can only deliver sofas, bespoke upholstered items and some larger items of cabinet/tables via our 2 Man delivery. These items cannot be boxed and therefore we need to make sure they arrive safely in their new home. Any such item cannot be ordered online, only in store or by telephone.

Any medium or large item available to order online it will be delivered by courier or pallet.

2 Man White Glove Delivery

Our 2 man bespoke service is provided by our fabulous delivery team for sofas, armchairs and large items of furniture. They make it their mission to ensure your new furniture arrives safely to your door before carefully assembling it in your home. Whether it’s a sofa, sideboard, dining table or desk, they will make sure it’s put in just the place you want it. If you’re extra nice to them they’ll move your old piece of furniture to the garage too – no problem. They’ll also remove all of the packaging, which is brought back for us to fully recycle. If you prefer that we drop the item off at your front door for you to assemble, this is no problem at all. Take a look at our reviews, Will, Jay and Kevin are very popular!

General Delivery Information

For items in stock, we ship out within 5 working days (please be aware our store is closed on a Monday). Many of our items are made to order for you and can range from a 4-14 week delivery lead time (please see individual product information for a more accurate guide). We try to indicate as best as possible on our site how long a particular item will take to make and deliver, but if you have specific requirements please contact us by phone or email and we will do our very best to advise you in more detail. If ordering online please check whether the address & contact details you have provided are correct as these are the details our courier will deliver directly to. You must include a contact home or mobile number, as the courier will call you in advance of delivery to arrange a mutually suitable date. If you are not in to receive the goods following an agreed booking in, we may incur a re-delivery charge which will be passed on to you. Any of our stock items that you order may be cancelled without penalty at any time prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse. Items that have been ordered specific to your requirements may have a cancellation charge dependent on the item and the length of time between placing the order and cancellation.

We always provide delivery and lead times in good faith and take every conceivable step to ensure that your ordered items arrive within the quoted time, however we cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss due to any reasonable delay or delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
