March 22 2020
To all of our lovely customers – we are currently open as normal, but please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to minimise the risk of spreading Covid-19, our priority is the safety of our staff, customers and our community.
Is your shop open? Currently, yes! Hand sanitiser is available in store, and we are sanitising all high contact surfaces in the shop every two hours. No cash payments and our card machine is disinfected after every purchase! If you are self-isolating or concerned about being outside during this time, we can take orders over the phone or online. None of our staff have shown any symptoms however any whom have had contact with symptomatic others, travelled or are in a vulnerable category have been asked to self-isolate in line with government guidelines (14 days).
Some FAQ’s below, but if there is anything else you need to know please give us a call on 01885 490478 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I still order? You certainly can – currently our store is still open, or you can order by phone, email or online.
Are you still delivering? Our suppliers and delivery chaps continue to operate as normal whilst taking every care and precaution to minimise any transmission risk. Our drivers are hand-sanitising throughout the day and immediately prior to and immediately after delivering, as well as wearing disposable gloves. If you are self-isolating and prefer not to accept a delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to store your furniture for up to 4 weeks. If you prefer to collect, please let us know, this no problem.
Will there be a delay to my order? Although incidences of absence are higher than normal we are working with our suppliers to try and minimise any delays, and employing additional drivers to ensure we can get your furniture out to you safely. If there is any significant delay we will be letting you know as soon as we can but currently all orders are running on the time quoted to you.
In the meantime, please stay safe, take care - and don't forget...
