For items in stock, we ship out within 2-4 working days.
Many of our items are made to order for you, meaning approximately 4-8 weeks delivery time (please see individual product for a more accurate guide). We try to indicate as best as possible on our site how long a particular item will take to make and deliver, but if you have specific requirements please contact us by phone or email and we will do our very best to advise you in more detail.
We always provide delivery and lead times in good faith but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss due to any reasonable delay or delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Any of our stock items that you order may be cancelled without penalty at any time prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse.
Cancellation for any items which are made to order immediately following the placement of the order with our supplier will be at the discretion of Meyer & Marsh and may incur any reasonable costs borne by our company. Please see additional terms regarding Made to Order goods under our Returns Policy below.
If the goods have left the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, a return charge of £45 per order will apply. These reasons include, but are not limited to:
Measurements & Access
Please measure carefully before ordering to ensure that the product you have ordered will both gain access into your home and fit into the room of choice. Consider doorways, stairways and landings etc and please note that it is your responsibility to advise us in writing at time of ordering any access difficulty that may be encountered. Any additional costs associated with delivery for example window or door removal is not the responsibility of Meyer & Marsh.
7 day no-quibble money back guarantee
We are confident that you will be delighted with your furniture.
However for your peace of mind, in the unlikely event that you should wish to return an item to us, if you ordered online or by telephone we are pleased to offer a 7 day money back guarantee, commencing the day after delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without charge; the only liability being for any return carriage costs which must be via courier with proof of posting. Please notify us at email@example.com quoting your enclosed order reference if you wish to return items. We require a record of your cancellation in writing. We are unable to accept cancellation requests via telephone.
You must return the item(s) in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Once the items have been returned they will be inspected by our warehouse team. Once received and the condition of the return has been verified you will receive your refund within 14 days of the item being received by us. Please note that the refund will include original delivery costs if all items are returned, but if you are only returning part of the order, then we will not repay any of the delivery service. If you require us to collect the goods we reserve the right to make a charge to cover this.
Goods must be returned by courier to Meyer & Marsh, The Hop Pocket, Bishops Frome, Herefordshire WR6 5BT (please note we are closed on a Mondays, except Bank Holidays and during November & December). You must notify us in writing of any item being returned prior to them arriving with us.
Non Returnable Goods
Made-to-order items have been hand-made to your specification and as such we are unable to offer any refunds, exchanges or order amendments after the order has been produced by the supplier, and/or delivered to your home. Please check on the product page if the item is labelled made-to-order.

Exchanges or repairs will be given on any damaged items received; any incorrect item will be exchanged by us as quickly as possible.
Price Match Promise
We aim to be as competitive as possible on all prices whilst offering a fantastic service and shopping environment. This must be on an identical basis and be of comparable conditions such as delivery charges, service and guarantee.
